The Awards
The BGTW Annual Gala Awards Dinner is your night. It’s always a fantastic evening celebrating our membership, including announcing the cash prize winners of the Members’ Excellence Awards and the winners of the International Tourism Awards, as decided by you.

Ticket Options
Members’ tickets are heavily subsidised by our partners, reducing the cost of the standard industry tickets by nearly £200.For 2025, members have the following ticket options:
> Standard Members’ Ticket: £95 incl. VAT
> Member Plus One Ticket: £150 incl. VAT
We’re bringing back +1 tickets so members’ guests don’t need to pay full industry rates; these tickets are for a partner or guest – if your guest is an industry member (PR, destination, agency, etc.), they must purchase a full-price industry ticket.
> Limited, Restricted-View Members’ Ticket: £65 incl. VAT
To celebrate the Guild’s 65th anniversary in 2025, we are offering a limited number (40) of reduced-price tickets. Please note that these are for tables with partial or no stage views (with screens to view the stage; see seating plan below) and are being sold on a first come, first served basis.

IMPORTANT:*If you are an MEA finalist, and subsequently, a destination or PR agency agrees to host you on a table (note that this is never guaranteed and is at the discretion of any potential host tables and BGTW), we will issue a refund for your ticket. If you arrange a hosted place on a PR table (directly, not via the finalist selection), you will not be refunded but may sell your ticket to another member.
*Please note that tickets are non-refundable. However, should your availability change, you are permitted to resell (or request the name changed) to another member by your own arrangement after informing charlotte.copeman@bgtw.org.
